If after 30 days of burning the stove, boiler, or furnace purchased from Heet Inc., you are not satisfied with the unit, return it to Heet Inc. in Washington, Pa and we will refund 100% of the value of your purchase.
The unit must be returned within 30 days of burning the unit to get 100% refund. The unit must be complete as it was sold and in operating condition. Returning the unit to the Heet Inc, store is the responsibility of the customer.
